Stop proving attendance.
Start proving readiness.
Every scenario decision, guide acknowledgement and manager sign-off feeds a living competency profile for each operative — weighted, timestamped, and decaying like the skill it represents. For fire & rescue, security and forestry teams across the UK.

Evidence-weighted · recency-decayed · updated liveTheory doesn't survive contact with reality.
Your personnel need to.
Under pressure, your team defaults to their training. If that training was a video and a quiz — watched once, forgotten within weeks — you have a problem.
Videos don't build muscle memory
Live drills are too infrequent
Attendance won't survive an inquiry
Six streams of evidence.
One living profile.
Nothing is self-reported into the void. Every input is timestamped, attributable, and recorded on a tamper-evident audit trail — then weighted into the operative's profile.
The living profile
Weighted by evidence type. Decayed by time since the evidence was earned. Scored per sub-domain, rolled up per domain, per person, per team, per site, per organisation. Recomputed automatically as new evidence lands — and nightly, so yesterday's profile never poses as today's.
The forgetting curve is in the engine, not just the pitch.
Most platforms warn you about skill fade and then record attendance anyway. SectorSMART models the decay: every piece of evidence loses weight over time, so a scenario passed eleven months ago counts for less than one passed last week. Renewals run in years — the profile keeps the months in between honest.
Scored against your discipline.
Not a generic skills list.
Each vertical has its own competency map, built with the frameworks that govern it — so a profile means something to the people who inspect, procure and command.
Trauma management, incident command and casualty care. A live trauma profile per firefighter, rolled up by crew, watch and station — with weakness analysis for watch managers, quick on-scene sign-offs, and a 12-month training programme built in.
Built for the SIA-regulated workforce — conflict management, safeguarding and Martyn's Law public protection procedures — and building ahead of the SIA qualification review.
Chainsaw trauma, remote casualty care and field response. Role-scoped scoring with qualification tags across NPTC CS30–CS41, FISA 805 and FAW+F — plus workforce gap analysis and contractor-ready competency passports.
Remote trauma & height casualty care — GWO-aligned, in development.
Aligned to: SIA Door Supervisor & Security Guard L2 · Spectator Safety L2 · ACT · NaCTSO · BS 7499 / 7960 / 8406 / 7958 / 10800 · Martyn's Law / TPPA 2025 · METHANE · ETHANE · SHOPRIM · JESIP · ATMIST · SAMPLE · CLEARER · DR<C>ABCDE · FISA 805 · NPTC CS30–CS41 · EFAW · FAW+F
The platform is not accredited or endorsed by the SIA, NaCTSO or the Home Office. Awarding-body certification of any underlying qualification remains with the training provider.
Six modules. A fundamentally
different approach.
130+ branching scenarios with 8+ decision phases each, and six interactive clinical modules built on the DR<C>ABCDE sequence. Decisions cascade. Hesitation is measured. The debrief is written by responders — and every outcome lands on the profile.
Interactive anatomy with live casualty physiology — outcomes composed from what your operative actually does.
Every module generates detailed performance evidence. We'd tell you more — but we'd rather show you.
Evidence that survives scrutiny.
Every record lands on a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail — and turns into a branded PDF or CSV report in one click, emailed with secure links that expire after a single download.

Everything you need to know
about SectorSMART.
What is SectorSMART?
SectorSMART is a UK competency platform purpose-built for high-risk industries. Unlike traditional e-learning, our proprietary SMART Simulation Engine creates consequence-driven scenarios where every decision matters — and every result feeds a live competency profile per operative. The platform serves fire & rescue, security and forestry — with Smart Guides, structured post-scenario debrief and performance evidence records aligned to the qualification frameworks the regulated workforce operates inside. Wind Energy is coming soon.
Which industries does SectorSMART support?
SectorSMART has three live industry verticals: Fire & Rescue (trauma management, incident command, METHANE / SHOPRIM, JESIP), Security (SIA Door Supervisor and Security Guard Level 2, Spectator Safety Level 2, ACT, NaCTSO, BS 7499 / 7960 / 8406 / 7958 / 10800, Martyn's Law staff preparedness) and Forestry (FISA 805, NPTC chainsaw qualifications CS30–CS41, FAW+F, remote casualty care). Wind Energy is in development and will follow. Each industry has tailored scenario libraries, Smart Guides and its own competency taxonomy.
What is a live competency profile?
Every operative on SectorSMART has a living competency profile built from evidence: scenario performance, SMART module results, Smart Guide acknowledgements, practical sign-offs, group training sessions and manager-attested certificates. Each piece of evidence is weighted and decays over time, so the profile reflects current readiness, not historical attendance. Managers see red / amber / green heatmaps across teams and sites with drill-down to any individual; operatives see exactly which areas need refreshing and when. Profiles export to PDF and CSV, and back a QR-verifiable training passport.
How is SectorSMART different from traditional e-learning?
Traditional e-learning relies on videos and quizzes — passive content that creates passive responders. SectorSMART is fundamentally different. Our scenario engine responds to your personnel's decisions in real-time as they work through high-pressure clinical and tactical scenarios. Every decision has consequences. Every hesitation is measured. Every outcome is recorded. This builds genuine decision-making capability — not just theoretical knowledge.
How does SectorSMART support the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025?
The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (commonly referred to as Martyn's Law) requires qualifying premises to have public protection procedures in place covering evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication, and for staff to be made aware of those procedures. SectorSMART provides scenario-based training and Smart Guides mapped to those staff preparedness obligations, helping operatives practise procedural decision-making under pressure. All training generates timestamped performance records for regulatory transparency. The platform is designed for the regulated workforce; it is not accredited or endorsed by the SIA, NaCTSO or the Home Office.
Is SectorSMART GDPR compliant and UK-hosted?
Yes. SectorSMART is 100% UK-built and UK-hosted. The platform is fully GDPR compliant with comprehensive data protection controls, full audit logging, data subject access request support, and consent management built in. Your data never leaves the UK. We also deliberately minimise what we hold: certificates and qualifications are recorded by manager attestation — a named manager checks the original and signs it off — so no scans or copies of personal documents are uploaded or stored on the platform.
Does SectorSMART integrate with our existing systems?
SectorSMART is enterprise-ready with support for Single Sign-On via Azure AD, Google and generic OIDC providers, SAML 2.0, and SCIM 2.0 automated user provisioning. The platform also supports Learning Record Store (LRS) integration via xAPI for feeding training data into your existing LMS, SCORM manifest generation, scoped API keys for external systems, webhook notifications for real-time event integration, and multi-site organisational management. Scenarios can be downloaded as offline packages that sync results back when reconnected, and the platform works on any device.
